What is the return period for my orders?
Exchanges and/or returns are only made if there has been an error in shipping or if the product is damaged.
In this case, the products can be returned within a period of 14 business days from the date of receipt of the order. To do this, you just have to notify customer service about the incident with your order.
Do I have to pay return costs?
As long as you have reported your incident to the Customer Service department within the deadline, the transportation costs inherent to returning the items will be borne by us, if the items are defective or you have received an incorrect order. In any other case, they will be at your expense.
What should I do if I want to return an incorrect or damaged product?
If your order is within the established period, to make the return you must contact our customer service.
We will give you a return code that you will have to indicate on the outside of the box.
Within approximately 24 hours of notification of the return, our carrier will contact you to coordinate collection at the location indicated on the returns form.
Under what conditions should I return the order?
It is essential that the product you are returning is in its original condition and packaging, it must not be used or damaged, and it must retain labels and accessories included in the box.
How should I prepare my return?
Take the original box that arrived at your home. Incorporate the purchase receipt you received at the bottom of the box. If you have purchased more than one item, underline the item you are returning on the purchase receipt. Enter the product you want to return. Be careful, the products must be with their original labels.
How will I know that the return of my order has been completed?
As soon as we receive the item(s) and verify their perfect condition, we will make the payment for the total amount according to your payment method, which will be effective according to the conditions of your bank. Once the payment has been made, we will send you a confirmation email.
Can I return or exchange my order from the online store at another point of sale that sells the Foamers brand?
Returns or exchanges are not accepted outside the online store. The Foamers Brand S.L will only accept returns that have followed the established procedure.
What should I do if my refund amount is incorrect?
Contact our customer service and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.
What should I do if my size is not correct?
For these cases you have a size guide prepared, but if you still have problems and want to request a new size, we will be happy to change it for you.
How does it work?
You must send us your product back and pay the shipping charges. Once we receive it and check that the product is in perfect condition and new, we will proceed to send you a new one in the size you need.
